Portland's caravan parks all offer camp kitchens powered and unpowered sites. Most allow pets and some have individual toilet blocks. Set on approx 7.5 acres is Portland's only Beachfront caravan park and general store. Accommodation ranging from camp sites to deluxe cabins Pets at managers discretion. Bunkhouse is ideal for big groups or groups wanting a holiday together. It is a large older style house with four bedrooms & two new bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is designed for wheelchair access, and the other has a separate shower, toilet & hand basin. Kitchen has large 6 burner stove & oven, microwave, full size fridge/freezer & enough pots, pans, cutlery & crockery to feed all. Bedroom 1: 1 double & 1 single, Bedroom 2: 4 sets of bunks, Bedroom 3: 1 double & 1 single & Bedroom 4: 1 double & 5 singles. * Bedding & linen packages are available for hire.

If you want to get physical and have alot of fun there are activities such as swimming, fishing, boating, tennis, beach volleyball and bush walking. At night the kids can watch a movie on the outdoor movie screen (Peak season only). There is an excellent games room and two great playgrounds which will keep the kids entertained for hours.

Located on the T&W Rd (unsealed) access from Princes Highway at Lyons. Historically a watering stop for bullock teams and later served as a mill. Cut Out Dam Rd
Located on Cut Out Dam Rd. (via Coffey's Lane) access from Henty Highway at Heathmere ( follow along Coffey's Lane till 'T' intersection and turn left at Jacky Swamp Road, turn right onto Cut Out Dam Road. The picnic and camp ground provides large shady grassed areas, set on the banks of the Surrey River. Lots of short walks including Tim's Loop Walk (intersects with Great South West Walk). Ideal for large motorhomes, caravans and buses with large turnaround areas and wide vehicle tracks. Drop toilet, BBQ & picnic tables
