Truck and Ute Show
From small beginnings as a side attraction at the Wood Wine and Roses Festival the Heywood Truck and Ute Show has progressively grown year after year to become a key attraction of the festival and one of the largest in Victoria. Now a nation wide event, with coverage by all major Australian Truck and Transport publications. The show is on the road to a ground breaking year. The small and enthusiastically dedicated committee endeavor every year to provide an event for drivers to display their pride and passion in their everyday workhorse or show pony.
With a range of competition categories to recognise those from all aspects of each respective group the Truck and Ute Show has firmly cemented its reputation as a fun filled day out for the whole family with plenty to see and do. Featuring trade displays showcasing industry related goods and services, live music performances, vehicle displays and all the attractions the Wood Wine and Roses Festival has to offer, the Truck and Ute Show has also earned its due in being a fair and professionally run event.
Most importantly the show provides an event that allows hard working transport drivers to shine up and show of their trucks while spending some well earned down time with family and friends, where the public can see up close the pride they have in the vehicles and the important role they play in the South West District.
