Our Thistle Bar & Bistro offers a combination of stunning views great food and wine in a casual bistro atmosphere. Adjacent to this our Blue Room, which is available for functions, conferences and private events. Overlooking Portland’s picturesque working port and harbour precinct, the blue room has private bar facilities, access to the outdoor deck, multi-media screen connectivity, disabled access and loading facilities. Full catering packages are available including tailored menus for special occasions.
