Cape Bridgewater Coastal Camp

Cape Bridgewater is about halfway between Adelaide and Melbourne on the Great Ocean Road. The village has only about 50 houses scattered in amongst the hills and tee tree around the magnificent Bridgewater Bay. Two Capes jut out from the Bay to the East and West. The beach is one of the safest surf beach in Australia, with gentle rolling waves 90% of the time.

There is a small licenced Cafe situated right on the beach with superb meals.
Above the beach a short 5 minute walk is the Cape Bridgewater Coastal Camp, with ocean views.

The Camp has 5 types of accommodation A 4 bedroom house, with spa and large deck looking down along the beach
Two fully self contained Cabins, one 2 beedroom and one 5 bedroom.
Bunk accommodation in several rooms, some with onsuites.
Powered Camp sites.
Non powered sites.

Also at the camp there are two large commercial kitchens, toilet and shower block and full laundry.
While staying at the camp there is many things to see and do, for example, take the boat ride out to the largest mainland Colony of Fur Seals in Australia, walk some of the magnificent walks around the Great South West Walk, take a stroll along Bridgewater beach and enjoy a Cappuccino at the cafe on the beach, visit the Blowholes and Petrified forest, surf the small waves on the beach or try catching a fish off the rocks and when everything done at Bridgy drive into Portland 15 minutes or go to Nelson an the Glenelg river and see there sites.
