The Tyrendarra Recreation Reserve is home to the local Football, Netball, Cricket and Tennis Clubs.
It is a true regional local sporting facility. The reserve also hosts the annual Tyrendarra show on the second weekend of February each year. This event has been running continuously for over 100 years and is still a typical rural show with the focus on events and the showing of produce rather than a side show ally.
