Portland Bay Lodge

Portland Bay lodge is an exclusive use, 10 acre property located on the foreshore with beautiful ocean views. We welcome all groups including school camps, families, clubs, etc. The property has 100 beds and extensive camping areas for additional guests. There is no minimum group size but there is a minimum charge equal to 20 guests.

There is a large hall consisting of a dining room, lounge and a registered commercial kitchen with free WiFi internet. Accommodation is provided in the lodge and bunkhouse with separate kitchen. There are numerous shared and private bathrooms under one roof.

Powered sites are available to guests who wish to camp or bring their own camper vans. Other amenities include a games room, fire pit, BBQ area, beach volleyball, basketball, sports oval, ample parking, a boat ramp at the driveway, boat wash and no noise restrictions.

Our school camps specialise in marine, coastal and indigenous education. Plastics and their impact on the environment is a passion and our partner Tangaroa Blue Foundation, students participate in the Australian Marine Debris Initiative (AMDI).

Our catering options have plenty of variety and we pride ourselves on generous portions to keep guests satisfied. In addition we have ample servings of fruit, vegetables and salad with morning and afternoon tea, as well as a super provided to keep up energy levels. Vegetarian options are available and we accommodate most special diets and food allergies. Our menu is entirely flexible to you requirements.
